Shenbaa Foods (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to delivering high‑quality products to our customers in a timely and transparent manner. Please read this Shipping & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Before Processing
If a cancellation request is received before the order is processed or approved, the order will be cancelled and 90% of the order value will be refunded.
The remaining amount covers payment gateway and administrative charges.
1.2 Cancellation or Return After Dispatch
If an order has already been dispatched from our warehouse:
- A 50% deduction will be applied towards shipping, handling, and logistics costs.
- The balance amount will be refunded only after the product is returned and inspected.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- All COD orders include shipping charges
- The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- A clear unboxing video (recorded from opening the sealed package) is mandatory to validate the claim
- This helps us verify the issue and provide a quick resolution
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted
4. Return Eligibility & Conditions
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Products must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With original packaging
- All returns are subject to inspection
- If the reason is found valid after inspection, the return will be accepted
5. Non‑Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Used or opened food and personal care products (including hair oils, serums, etc.) are not eligible for return
- Exceptions apply only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
The customer will be responsible for a reshipping fee to resend the order.
8. Delivery Timeline
- Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances
